European Convergence Property Company plc is an Isle of Man company which was established to take advantage of opportunities in the property markets of South-East Europe. The Company invested in commercial, retail and industrial property in Bulgaria and Romania with a view to taking advantage of high yields and the potential for capital appreciation.
In August 2007 the Company realised three of its four underlying property investments, enabling it to make a capital distribution to Shareholders in January 2008. No further property acquisitions are planned.
The admission of the Company's shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM) was cancelled on 27 April 2011.
